Parfect Machinery Co.,LTD,established in year of 2002, is a combined group of manufacuring and trading company in China. In order to facilitate the import and export business well, Welley INTL Trade CO.LTD is registered in year of 2020.Our group is equipped with 4 main production lines at the moment, including casting, forging, machining and fabrication.The main casting processes are Investment casting, Lost foam casting, Silica sol casting & Sand casting. The materials usually used are carbon steel, alloy steel, high Mn steel, stainless steel, high Cr steel, wear resistance steel, ductile iron, gray iron. The cast products are with weight from 0.1kgs - 3000kgs. Cast tolerance ranges from CT7-CT12 depends on different casting process. Open die forging and close die forging are the two different forging production lines in our company. We have around 60 sets of 10000 tons, 7000 tons, 2500 tons, 1600 tons, 1000 tons, 630 tons friction pressing machines and forging hammers. Materials we can forge are carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, aluminum alloys, etc. We can forge parts with weight from 0.1kgs - 15000kgs. DNV, RS, SBA certificate can be availble, too. Welded parts and stamping parts can be manufactured in our fabrication line. We can fabricate and stamp parts in material of carbon steel, alloy steel,stainless steel and wear resitant materials. We are equipped with 300T Bending Machine,1set of High performance flat starting machine, 3 sets of High precision shear machine, 35 sets of High precision punching machines, etc. Our welding technics include Laser welding, SMAW, GMAW and SAW.To serve our customers well, we are also equipped with machining workshop to machine the casting, forging, fabricating parts,too. Currently, we have CNC machining shop, Lathe, Milling Machines, Drilling machine, boring Lathe,Grinding machine at hand. The products we made are widely used in the fields of agricultrual machinery building, civil construction, house/office building, mining industry, railway construction and many other industries. We are in such field of manufacturing OEM castings, forgings, machining parts, fabrications and stamping parts for more than 20 years. Our qualified products are exported to countries all over the world and have very good reputation among customers.
