Close die forgings has features of simple structure, such as up-down or front-back structure, the weight controlled is about 0.1-25kg. The main material is Alloy steel, Carbon steel, stainless steel. The name of close die forging machine are 160tons /320tons/ 630tons /1600tons friction press. Open die forging has features of very simple structure (such as shafts, rings, flanges, gear body). Product structure is up-down or front-back. The weight controlled is about 40-15000kg. Sizes can be 1.5m in diameter and 11meters long in length. . As usual, for the key components, the factory has to supply DNV, RS, BV Classification Society certification to the clients.
